An All-Weather Infinity Stereo With Bluetooth Audio Streaming

Sales of Prospec Electronics’ Infinity by Harman INFPRV250 has surpassed 100,000 units. The highly popular weatherproof receiver has been a favorite of consumers and OEMs since its introduction in July 2012 due to its reliability, superior sound, features and competitive price point.

The INFPRV250 was the first all-weather Infinity stereo to implement Bluetooth audio streaming. It also pioneered the industry with one of the first all-in-one mechless designs; no secondary black box is needed as the 50W x 4 amplifier is built into the unit. It boasts AM/FM tuning, a USB input, auxiliary input and a pair of RCA outputs for simple wiring, making it ideal for RV’s, boats, UTVs, motorcycles, barbecue entertainment islands and hot tubs.

Another first, the INFPRV250 was Infinity by Harman’s debut into the 12-volt outdoor receiver sound market. Renowned for its audiophile-quality sound, the company has since led the field by introducing a continuous stream of industry-changing technologies and products.

“Selling over 100,000 units is cause for celebration,” said Josh Berry, Prospec Electronics director of sales and marketing. “It’s a testament to the stereo’s legendary reliability and well-earned popularity.”
